Viktor Grigorov created his main works in the field of monumental and decorative art, graphics and easel painting.
“My paintings are born in a state of stress, intuition, discarding forms and trends in art. A clean canvas on a stretcher is for me as if it were alive - as if some strings were coming out of it and I was playing ”, - says the author.
The author
Muralist, graphic artist and painter. He worked in the field of monumental and decorative arts, graphics and easel painting. Developing the traditions of Russian and world art, he created his own style. The artist's images are reduced to eternal themes: space, beauty, harmony, the mystery of women and nature, as well as to the most painful experiences of the 20th century: horror, despair, anxiety. The initial creativity palette is limited to colors such as white and blue.
Grigorov is the author of a relief panel on the building of the Kiev National University. Taras Shevchenko. Other monumental works of the master - "Touch of Day and Night" (woodcarving, Black Sea Hotel, Odessa), stained glass windows and tapestries for the Intourist Hotel (Kiev), Florentine mosaic of semiprecious stones (Ukrainian House, Kiev).
