Target
The goal was to restore the shape of the breasts after lactation. Breast volume decreased due to reduction of the breast and fatty tissue after the end of lactation and patient’s weight loss. During the surgery, a beautiful natural breast volume was restored.
We can see that the position of the nipples is a little asymmetrical, because we lowered the left breast, which raised the areola slightly. The client is not embarrassed by this. Asymmetry could be corrected under local anesthesia for 5 minutes if desired.
The surgery took 45 minutes. There were no drains, no painful sensations, no stitches (the sutures were sealed). The next day the patient was socially active. After the operation, compression underwear should be worn for one month.
Result
The result is lifelong, implants do not need replacement. Recommended multiparametric sonographic monitoring of implants – once a year (ultrasound). Capsule thickness screening, control of the absence of tumors.
If desired, the position of the areolas can always be adjusted under local anesthesia.
